OK, SEVERAL persons in that building are protected by the United States Secret Service.
With the crowd outside at the rally, USSS likely increased their presence.
Once their “interests” were deemed safe, others went back to the building to secure it.
It’s their job.
So, no, it wasn’t a member of Congress or a staffer that did it.
All factors point to an agent of USSS doing his job and that is my opinion at this point.
If he was wrong in his actions, we will hear about it after the debrief and interrogation.
If he made correct decisions, we won’t hear a thing.
