I don’t see anything in the resolution that decertifies the election. It looks like CYA to me: they are going to take up legislation to punish the bad guys, at some point.

IMO, the only thing they should be allowed to do is count the number of envelopes that arrive, so that everyone knows how many mail in ballots have been received. They should check them in to the log books, but envelopes should not be opened unless representatives from both parties are present.
While the ballots are inside the envelopes, you can tell certain things, even if you can’t tell who the voter voted for. If you have an ineligible or questionable voter, it’s easy enough to exclude the envelope and the ballot.
But once the ballots are separated from the envelopes, it becomes very difficult, if not impossible, to tell which ballots go with with envelopes.
Georgia’s looking at another election mess, if you ask me.

Have you noticed how often it is shown on the news people getting injections? They show it pretty much in detail, some needles are very long. For anyone who faints at the sight of needles it must be horrible watching TV.
As I watch this, I wonder if this is the next step of conditioning us to accept needles so that more people will get vax'ed.
Side note: Covid killed ticks (LOL). Maybe cuomo received enough $$ for his tick study in 2019 so as not to release them. I believe you’re correct. The envelopes are verification of names and addresses, and the inter-envelope around the ballot, I’m not sure about its information, if any.
Politzer’s testimony emphasized absolutely nothing is pertinent but the ballot itself, to determine if is filled in by hand or arrived already filled in by a machine, whether the ballot paper came from China or domestic and other important factors that easily recognizes a fraudulent ballot.
I think he said he can quickly identify legal voters with state voter rolls and recognize those who voted more than once. It was a marvel all the conditions he could track. And, in all categories, mail in, provisional ballots, deceased voters in the state and county, whose names were pilfered and used on a ballot.
Offered to do it all Free, in a day. Two hours, in a county.

I still remember watching Richard Baris, and how dismayed he was when he realized that while they were counting, they didn’t seem to know how many ballots they had (this was mainly Georgia, if I remember correctly). That’s the number they should know from the beginning as soon as the voting has concluded and the deadline for mail in ballots has passed.
It’s pretty crazy that the didn’t know — even days later.
