A Supreme Court clerk reports that shouting and conflict between the justices of the nation's highest court occurred on Friday, Dec. 11, as the court was deciding to reject a Texas lawsuit challenging presidential election results in four key swing states.

Unfortunately, there is an anonymous witness in the story. I would not be surprised of the story is true. I can believe Roberts is afraid of riots and many other things.

I have no doubt the newly appointed "justuses" would move to have him removed as Chief Justice.
