A Supreme Court clerk reports that shouting and conflict between the justices of the nation's highest court occurred on Friday, Dec. 11, as the court was deciding to reject a Texas lawsuit challenging presidential election results in four key swing states.

The Supreme Court claiming it has no jurisdiction over a suit between states in this case was pure political cowardice. If the Supreme Court can’t hear a case joined by 20(!!) State DA’s, in a time of crisis - who does have the power to hear it??? By their craven punting of this issue, the court has made an ass of themselves and has lost a lot of credibility.
There is ZERO chance this fan fiction is true.
1. Clerks don’t sit in the private meetings of the Justices. There would be no chance for a clerk to hear anything, let alone this.
2. Roberts has no power or authority over the other justices. If they want to hear a case, there is nothing he can do about it.
3. SCOTUS clerks don’t leak. It’s an end to any legal career. Period. It’s the one rule the slimy lawyer cartel can’t break.
I heard this being discussed this morning on Jeff Kuhner’s radio show but I missed most of it.
The problem we face today is that the left has shown a willingness to inflict violence, whereas the right has not. The political class reads that as weakness on the part of the right in that even when we are in the right, we will back down and accept the edicts of the left just so we can have peace. This time, with election fraud, they are counting on it. If we want different results, then we have to show them a difference in our willingness to accept the fraud. It is they that believe us to be the cowards.
Roberts should not let the threat of a leftist temper tantrum influence his decisions.
