If #SCOTUS grants cert in the PA election case, I have told the petitioners I will stand ready to present the oral argument.

Cruz is probably the highest ranking Constitutional expert in all this. Let's see what happens. Not sure a sitting Senator can wear this hat.
Don’t know if he’s the best choice, but it’s encouraging.
He will look a two-faced fool now if he doesn’t challenge electors in the Senate.
I just get the feeling that based upon what Alito wrote in Bookvar and then moving up the submission deadline, that he and 4 other Justices believe that they will have all they need to rule by tomorrow.
And I believe they will find what the PA Gov. and Supreme Court did was unconstitutional.
I am less sure as to the remedy they will propose.
Wow, go Ted.
I remember that.
Doesn’t affect his state specifically so not sure why he wouldn’t be able to. The question is to the constitutionality of the Pennsylvania court ruling. President, if it gets to Congress, is chosen by the house.
Is Breyer ill? Why retire now?
That’s right!!!!
“If my memory serves me correctly (always a crap shoot), I believe that Senator Cruz has argued 9 separate case in front of the Supreme Court and has prevailed all 9 times.”
He won some, lost some and had a mixed bag with the rest.

For us layman out here in flyover country, expound upon your reasoning for this statement, legally and otherwise.
love that photo!!! GOD BLESS THEM BOTH!
Cruz has argued 9 cases before the Supreme Court and won all nine.
This is big news: a high-profile Republican Senator who was a competing candidate against the current President offers to argue a case in front of the Supreme Court to toss out ballots in a fraud case that has been considered a joke to the MSM. IF the media does not cover this, the media is dead.
Did Rudy do it? I would not shake anyones hand these days.
relief from USSC would have been inconceivable before Ginsburg died.
I am expecting that we will find ourselves living in a new era of a conservative court, a situation which will come as a surprise due to years of crap.
Ted loves the Constitution.
Don’t like him, but he is competent to argue this.
If SCOTUS does not grant cert, the Republic is gone. It might get ugly.
Cruz has one great skill and that is solicitor general.
Literally
