I read the synopsis and it sounds like a similar story, but Amazon says that book was written in 2008. I’m pretty certain the extract I read was from a book from at least 5 years ago. I’ll keep my eyes open for this as I think it’s pretty important regarding vote fraud.

Musing -
The argument could be plausibly made that Biden was taken advantage of in a medically disadvantaged state (multiple prior aneurisms and onset dementia) with the people manipulating him clearly having the motive to push him as the viable “candidate”, while knowing full well they’d subsequently insert Harris. All of the core digital systems involved people are hard core globalist progtards/antifard types and Biden was the ONLY option that allows their vehicle access to that power.
If Joe’s mental stuff wasn’t an act the President could have him in a tearful (Joe) press conference detailing their destruction of a huge attempt to manipulate and steal the election with him as the figure head puppet and how horrible it is to have had his career and family legacy destroyed by this seditious, treasonous evil conspiracy.
The ONE thing to carefully consider in this though, would be if Joe is actually being counseled towards this conclusion as a means of turning the heat off the pot/allowing time for people to escape/go underground...
