Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

This! My dad texted me last night, (he’s almost 90). One of his wife’s caregivers had a temp of 102. He was wondering what to do - he was going to be tested this morning. He said “I don’t think there’s a treatment.” I told him, yes there is!! Makes me so upset that people who are used to listening to the same news and never changing are being mislead purposefully.

Hmmmmmmm.....sounds much like a “dominion of darkness. As referenced in this passage:

Never forgetting, the Christ whom many of us serve is seated at the right hand of the Father, far above and in authority over the dominion of evil that is Dominion Voting systems.

I am far more afraid of the government and their regulated (fascist) health care system than I am of covick nineteen. But no, I don’t go to the doctor for a sniffle and until this nightmare started they would never test me for anything if I DID turn up at the doctor.
