I have a friend who has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Wisconsin.
For a particular job he held he once had to take some professional development classes at our local community college.
He told me that in his honest opinion the instruction was better at the Community College and he learned more.
Yep, but it fits their narrative if/when they steal it.
