Regardless of who is elected, it'll be civil war
World Net Daily ^ | 19 August 2020 | Erick Rush

With one exception, the wars in which the United States has engaged since its inception involved our nation against one or more external adversaries. That exception, the American Civil War (1861-1865), still elicits an emotional response among our citizens due to the inherent tragedy connected to a nation at war with itself – the whole "brother against brother" dynamic that is recalled whenever discussions of this conflict arise.

One less common aspect of our Civil War (as compared to other nations that have endured civil wars) is that America was geographically divided at the time by the Mason-Dixon line, which divided the Union and Confederate states. This more resembled traditional military conflicts with external adversaries, and has colored many Americans' idea of what a civil war is like. Unlike our Civil War, civil wars in most nations generally involve disparate or dissident factions fighting against each other and/or whatever regime is holding power.

I'm not going to say that what we've been experiencing over the last three months have been the first salvos of a civil war, but it sure looks like it. While hard-line socialists in the Democratic Party are working within the political infrastructure and behaving as though they are conducting the business of governance according to the rule of law and constitutionally established procedures, they are in fact in the process of fomenting civil war – or at least, they have made it apparent that they are willing to go that far if they are not able to gain ascendency via political means.

85% were Caucasians who either attend the local college there or were protest carpetbaggers brought upstate from Montgomery County, one of the most far-left pieces of real estate on the East Coast. Your average Cumberlander doesn’t give a rat’s ass about any of it as long as you’re not getting in the way of them living their lives. They have enough woes.

Not true in the least. If Biden wins then Conservatives and Republicans will go back to work and try to win next time.
It’s what separates the right from the left.
This is an attempt to sell a reality that isn’t really there.

I am a Christian

You’re already on the winning side. Let the Bible be your field guide and make sure you’re doing what it says, and not what some who claim to understand it tell you it says.

For instance, shepherds calling for their flocks to assemble under one roof aren’t doing what Isaiah 26:20 said to do in these times. His warning from God was, “Go, my people, enter your rooms and shut your doors behind you. Hide yourselves a little while until the wrath has passed. “

Isaiah 26:21 tells us why wrath is coming, “For behold, the LORD is coming out of His dwelling to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity. The earth will reveal her bloodshed and will no longer conceal her slain.…”.

No group of people in all of human history who have murdered their offspring have come away unscathed. Are we so naive to think we’re exempt because we’re somehow “special”? America, read Revelation 18:7,

“... she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.”

“All the nations have drunk the wine of the passion of her immorality.“ Over 1 billion abortions were performed worldwide since the USSC ruling in 1973, from estimates I read.

Unpopular words, perhaps, but the root of the problem, IMO.

Most of whom have never had a job, or ever worked.

The Russians need to follow Israel’s example and send a team to snatch up the old bastard and bring him back for a Ruski trial and speedy execution.

This is the time to prepare for chronic disruption of the supply chain...

Wise advice. We may be safe in our little enclaves, but food and supplies will soon be exhausted. Then what? Travel through certain areas for resupply may be unsafe for all except armed convoys.

You are on the correct path.

Those are excellent scriptures you cite. The Bible is very accurate.

Better get the hell out by Tuesday. At the moment, both a tropical storm AND a hurricane are forecast to be in the Gulf at the same time. You may have to drive to inland South Carolina to find your Alabama sand. LOL

Attending Frostbite State U, or just slumming it up there in the Hillbilly Highlands with the rest of us ridge-running yokels?

I’ve seen it reported that if a civil war was to break out
today that the casualties as a percentage of the population
compared to CW1 would be in the millions.

It would not be a war of secession but of revolution,
a much different animal.

Every year the “RAGNAR” relay used to run from Cumberland down the towpath and pop out right at the rt 40 intersection by my house.

I’d watch these weirdos in tutus and rainbow leotards run up the mountain and then down the other side on their way to the next leg of the C&O Canal.

Some poor state trooper always got the job of watching the intersection and I went out to ask if they needed anything on their long, freaky vigil.

One night, there was a HUGE porcupine not even yielding to cars and that cop and I sat there waiting to see what would happen when it met the next dude in ballet gear but the porky moved on, dang it.

But last year the relay didn’t happen.
So I went and looked up why.

Turns out the tough “RAGNAR” viking wannabes felt too “uncomfortable” coming through our “inhospitable” area to do the relay anymore.

Now they do it down near the ‘burbs of DC.

I laughed.
