Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

The only time I recall testing in ICU was when someone was admitted and you were trying to rule things out. Narrow down the diagnosis.
If you went to a physician they would base the diagnosis on symptoms not on a flu swab.

Well, I’m not sure exactly, but I know from following flue stats for several years, that our state has cases reported each week by the local health department. And it also notes how many were confirmed by tests.
During some really bad flu seasons, my Dad was tested when entering the hospital-even though he wasn’t in ICU.

Yeah, it’s astonishing the number of communist front organizations that have been suddenly activated in the USA.
I think they’re in absolute panic (”They” being China) that their ONLY HOPE of continuing their 100-year plan is for Trump to be defeated in 2020.
Hence the Chinavirus, the outrageous FAKE NEWS, the RAT politicians and judges soiling themselves (e.g., Judge Sullivan, Justice Roberts), the BLM/ANTIFA insurrection, the hard-core control over faux-American organizations like the NBA, Twitter and Google etc.
The commies are shooting all their ammunition now. If they thought a shooting war in the South China Sea would help defeat Trump, we would have that too. But I think they figured out that would actually help Trump as far as reelection.
