Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Also, they all must be rounded up at the same time to the minute, wherever they are in the world. If there’s 10 you’re going after, you get two and miss a third, that third will alert the other seven and you might never find them. Then, justice cannot be served because they managed to get away.
That’s the same situation now. You get Killary or Soros, you’ll never hear from the rest again, people like hussein, Kerry, Comey, Brennan, etc.
And about passports, they don’t need them. They’re owed so many favors that it would make mafia dons jealous. They call someone on a burner phone, and they’re never seen or heard from again. They probably also have gold stashed away, not just traceable cash.

It sounds like you are discussing two different testing methods. While I do not know the type of testing used when Nasal swabs are taken, ICU testing almost certainly involves sample cultures. The sample must be protected from contamination, grown in a sterile culture medium and subsequently identified; small areas of the culture medium are smeared with curative substances to determine which ones prevent culture growth. Admittedly, the sooner the results the better, especially in a case such as sepsis.
Meantime antibiotic IV drips will be started prophylactically - in a process my mother used to term 'shotgunning': fire a general broadside until the pathogen is identified and the tested correct therapy has been demonstrated. That takes time. Perhaps two days, no less as far as I know... New technologies since my day. (I used to grow the cultures; it ain't overnight.)
These 15 minute and two hour tests are probably looking for some byproduct of the virus - ACE-2 or something... indicative but not 100% conclusive. A Dr's office hasn't got the time for any of this. Nothing beats a talented diagnostician!
