Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

To confer with his Taiwanese counterpart regarding the virus.
I’m leaning towards the latter, since it’s the HHS secretary, and not the defense secretary.

My understanding is that, until very recently, no one, NO ONE, was allowed in a nursing home, except for staff, and residents of assisted living facilities were locked in their rooms with their meals brought to them. If you were lucky enough to have a ground floor living unit you could talk to you relatives through the glass, otherwise, you yelled from the balcony, if your upstairs unit had one.
I can't imagine the frustration of residents, social contact is so important for some; we'll never know how many elderly just gave up because of the depression from the isolation and lack of exercise and meaningful stimuli in their lives, how many were neglected by staff due to over-work or malice with no relatives to keep watch over the vulnerable. And, none of that suffering matters, because COVID.
