Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

Good interpretationt by Praying Medic I think - I can always use some help understanding what Q means. Like the “Russia is the enemy, China is our friend” makes sense if you hear it as the false message the media has been pushing, but I didn’t get that on my own.
Your question is a good one and I think one that underlies what is perhaps Trumps biggest weakness - being a DC outsider. We appreciate much of what comes with that but especially after the deep state turned all it’s assets against him - who could he trust? Family members, for sure. But they were all outsiders too and we know some of them, shall we say, hold “see things differently”. He trusted Sessions, Mattis, and others who let him down, I think he gave Reince Priebus the job out of loyalty (which we know Trump values highly) but he was over his head, so someone like McMaster probably came higly recommended by everyone and Trump needed someone who could hit the ground running. Unfortunately we now see he was running toward the other team’s goalposts.
Trumps most recent nominations seem to be much closer to his point of view, maybe that says he’s now going with his own gut feel rather than on what others recommend. I was most disappointed with Bolton, who I knew was a hawk but felt he would re-align himself and contribute to Trump’s success in the sense of Lincoln’s “team of rivals”. If Trump made a bad call, I did too.
I don’t think Trump likes “yes men” but I don’t think we’ll see any more experiments with rivals either. We all learn, and I think he’s learned that if his people don’t see the world his way, it leads to nothing but trouble.
I admit to being confused about what to believe regarding Dershowitz and Giuffre. Whether you believe Dershowitz is lying or Giuffre is lying, it raises conundrums. I’m less likely to believe Dershowitz’s story after watching this Newsmax interview:

Not only is he claiming his own innocence, but he also seems to be implying that others like Clinton, Wexner, Prince Andrew, Ehud Barak are also innocent. If he was just professing his own innocence I would be more inclined to believe him. But, based on this interview, he seems to be suggesting that all her claims are phony and that they were made in order to sell her book.

For what it’s worth, if ELECTORS cannot be seated or the House doesn’t accept them then the possibility exists that a tie or an unacceptable situation could allow the House of Representatives to elect our next President...........?

The deal he negotiated for Epstein including a NDA
The 'perfectly innocent' massage he admitted receiving at Epstein's Palm Beach mansion
His trashing of victims Epstein was already charged with abusing
His claim that Clinton is innocent despite the flight logs and witness accounts.
Just saying...
About the massage, Dershowitz claims, "I kept my underwear on."

It sounds like there is plenty enough wiggle room for the Dems to take advantage of, with regards to the Electoral College. Look at what they tried four years ago, and they were no where near as desperate as they are this time. Nor did they have the excuses that mail-in voting will provide for them. They will try every angle and try to exploit every loop hole regarding the Electoral College that they can find. That’s why I strongly suspect some form of martial law to be imposed by the Trump administration, post election. It’s certainly what I’d like to see, and what Q has been promising for the last 3 years (i.e. round up traitors in Congress and other places of government, and expose their crimes of sedition to the public).
Yes, I’d have to say there is already strong reason to suspect Giuffre is telling the truth, with flight logs, etc. And there are likely much more incriminating pictures than what we’ve seen already. Is it possible that one or two people on the flight logs didn’t actually participate? It’s possible. But those are the exceptions.

I’m starting to doubt Dershowitz’s innocence. But he seems to be in Trump’s good graces, so that’s puzzling. Then again a lot of people have been on good terms with POTUS (Bolton as an example) only to be revealed later that they were plants. I think sometimes Trump uses people for certain purposes, and allows them to believe that they’ve won his trust, when in truth Trump knows all about the skeletons in their closets.
After reading the recent release IMHO Dershowitz is guilty as the day is long.
And he literally wrote a book about it. Who does that? OJ? And people actually bought it.
