Right. Only YOU are correct. You keep on thinking as you do. Your right, everyone faith is wrong except you catholics. Right. Sure. You keep believing what a man keeps telling you. Your pope who thinks all atheists and homosexuals will be in heaven, and that ALL religions pray to the same God. He is right there, ALL RELIGIONS do pray to the same god (little g), because religions are mans attempts to get to God instead of God coming to man. Sure, you and the Mohammeds may pray to the same god, but I dont. You keep praying to Mary and you will be before the Great White Throne not the Bema Seat. Keep praying to Mary and following the apostate pope.
Your name calling should get you to repent.
Good stuff.
“Oh how I miss the SNL days of this level of talent and good naturedness.”
I’m with you on that one.
Bless your heart.
Damn.
I swear the last time I saw him he still looked well enough to be hosting “Millionaire”.
RIP
Cosmo Kramer,

Giddy-Up!

Regis-—REST IN PEACE.
The Catholic Church was started by the Jews that knew and followed and died for the living Jesus! For hundreds of years after Christ’s death, all Christians were Cathoics and all believed in the intercession of Mary and that the body of christ was literally in the bread and wine. Why did that change?
Your right, they were Catholics, after they made the Jews become Catholic or die or be run out of the country. Seems I read about an incident in Spain of all countries, where thousands of Jews were murdered. Oh, and a few trips down to the Holy Land by the so called Crusaders, who upon arrival murdered as many Jews as they could find. Even locking them in their Synagogues and burning it down around them. Sure. ALL were, until one guy, named Luther decided also that they were not the only way to Heaven, that faith in Jesus Christ alone was.
LOL!
LOL! Not true.
I have no issues with Catholics, because they are misinformed about Christ.
My issues are with the Catholic church hierarchy and what they evil they have bred.
Believe it or not, Regis credited his early success in TV to his friendship with Freddie Blassie, the pro wrestler. Regis’ first show was in San Diego in the early 60’s and Blassie appeared constantly as Regis had difficulty getting celebs in San Diego back then. As Regis moved up the ladder he would bring Blassie everywhere he went, including a famous scene when he hosted the Mike Douglas Show the first time, when Blassie got Martha Raye to give the double finger salute as Blassie trash talked her.
Once Regis left Live I stopped watching.
RIP.
I don’t know. I saw him in a commercial recently and he didn’t look well.
This is not helping. We don’t need a sect war battle in an obit thread for Mr. Philbin.
Your posts on this thread illustrate why so many of us eschew organized religion.
[I once had the pleasure of interviewing Mr. Philbin.]
Cool.
Olivia de Havilland, dead at 104.
RIP to both of them. 88 is a good run. 104 is a lifetime+.
Classy lady... always loved her.
Losing our people left and right here... very sad to me.
Well, to be perfectly honest, the last time I saw him host ANYTHING on TV was about 10 years ago. He was pushing 80 then, and certainly didn't look it. Kinda reminded me of William Shatner in that regard. I don't know if age caught up with him lately, it certainly did for Dick Clark after his stroke (prior to that, people used to joke that Clark was some kind of vampire because he didn't seem to age in 30 years)
A decade ago, I used to joke that the NEXT incarnation of "Live with Regis!" would be called "Live with Regis and Dakota Fanning" as his co-hosts were much younger than him and kept getting increasingly YOUNGER as he got increasingly OLDER (Sarah Purcell. b. 1947, co-hosted with him 1975-1978, Cyndy Garvey b. 1949, co-hosted with him 1979-1984, Kathie Lee Gifford b. 1953, co-hosted with him 1985-2000, and finally, Kelly Ripa b. 1970, co-hosted with him 2001-2011). A Millennial co-host for the 80 year old Philin, b. 1931, seemed like the next logical step.
