That doesn’t bother me as much as disrespecting the National Anthem. You can, and should, be proud of your own heritage, too. But we are all Americans. I’m glad that she sang the Star-Spangled Banner.

This town relented and allowed fireworks at the lake.Billings has ordinances that forbid private fireworks, has long had a July 4th parade/really nice fireworks display but cancelled everything this year because of KungFlu.
So a big church on the North end of town decided to move their annual fireworks display to the Fairgrounds to share with all of the area.
We went into town to visit with kids and on the way home crested a hill to see the entire valley lit up with fireworks everywhere.
If I was a politician in Billings right now I think I'd just been shown a sign that I'd better Come to Jesus about this whole past six months' fraud.

Fireworks keep going off all over. I get almost asleep and they go off again. Hope they run out of them soon.

There’s a park by Orinda I used to go up to on the 4th. Could see the fireworks all over, Oakland, SF, Sausalito, etc. Nice view.

This great nation has done more to advance freedom in its short life than most others have done at all. We freed slaves, fought communism, crushed fascism, and opposed colonialism. This nation has revolutionized technology and learned to feed the masses. Our nation has pioneered space travel and the future of humanity. I suppose if you can’t see the good we have been and still are, then sit down and we’ll chat for a while, because the symbol of our nation flies well and stands proud.
