Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

I’m leaning more and more toward a theory that every ballot is going to have either a NG or active/reserve military person assigned to ensure a fair election. If they are mailed then they will have someone in the post office assigned to receive and place in a ballot box.

But the rot with mail in ballots starts with ballots being mailed out to non-people, wrong people, wrong addresses, multiple ballots, etcetc. So the rot is not at the Post Offices, it’s with the printed ballots and who they go to, and are they filled out by the people who are supposed to, and are those people registered, are they citizens, are they alive, etcetc.
Any mail in ballots other than legitimate and carefully overseen absentee for a reason is practically guaranteed fraud.

The Twenty-second Amendment (Amendment XXII) to the United States Constitution sets a limit on the number of times an individual is eligible for election to the office of President of the United States, and also sets additional eligibility conditions for presidents who succeed to the unexpired terms of their predecessors.
Prior to the ratification of the amendment, the president had not been subject to term limits, but George Washington had established a two-term tradition that many other presidents had followed. In the 1940 presidential election and the 1944 presidential election, Franklin D. Roosevelt became the first president to win a third term and then later a fourth term, giving rise to concerns about the potential issues involved with a president serving an unlimited number of terms. I printed out the document at the link that Q drop had to Rand org. Number 3 seems to be a potent point:
1. Original intent- to end Federal Troops monitoring State(not Federal?) elections in former confederate states.
2. Navy and Marines were not included-but are covered under DOD regulations.
3. All military are exempt from prohibition pursuant to presidential power to quell domestic violence.
4. War on Drugs is exempted-ie military can be used for law enforcement as part of the war on drugs.
5. Coast Guard is exempt during peacetime.
6. Aerial photographic and visual search and surveillance by military doesn’t violate the act.
