Well, if it’s not a full arena, here’s my theory....
If I had a ticket, and then I heard and saw that one million people were wanting to attend, and then they started lining up on Monday!!!, I would say to myself, “Well, JudyinCanada, you can go and park miles away and hope that you get in when a million other want to, or you could stay in your air conditioned home and watch it comfortably on tv.”
Maybe a bunch of people changed their minds about going when they heard those numbers.

I just caught a minute of some jagoff on msnbc. He said they were forced to remove their cameras and such because people were trying to prevent people from entering. Then he said they were leaving since the arena was mostly empty anyways.

There are 60,000 people outside waiting to get in.
It’s the logistics of making sure there are no assassin-wannabes among the crowd that is slowing things down.
I went to one of his rallies in Florida. Loads of fun. But it’s a one and done. It not the type of event for repeats. First it’s an all day affair. Second it’s pretty much the same speech at every rally. I do recommend everyone go to one though.
