I just caught a minute of some jagoff on msnbc. He said they were forced to remove their cameras and such because people were trying to prevent people from entering. Then he said they were leaving since the arena was mostly empty anyways.
Yeah, sure.
For safety, they made the 30-wide people at the gate back up a half block and come in single file. The camera people acted like they didn’t need to back up. I’ve been to many protests. I have seen many people with big cameras use them as battering rams. They must have gotten wind of something late in the day because that’s when large groups from four different segments showed up ready to stop a riot. Things had been calm all day.
