United States Attorney Erica H. MacDonald today announced two federal criminal complaints against SAMUEL ELLIOTT FREY, 19, and BAILEY MARIE BALDUS, 19, charging them with conspiracy to commit arson. FREY and BALDUS made their initial appearance earlier today before Magistrate Judge Hildy Bowbeer in U.S. District Court in St. Paul, Minnesota.
According to the allegations in the complaints, on May 28, 2020, a health and nutrition store located in St. Paul, Minnesota, sustained damage due to vandalism and fire. On June 3, 2020, investigators with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) examined the store and determined that the fire and smoke damage was caused by arson. ATF investigators obtained video surveillance footage from inside the store on the night of the arson. Following ATF’s public request for tips and identifying information, investigators were able to identify FREY and BALDUS in the surveillance video footage. FREY can be seen pouring flammable hand sanitizer onto a shelving unit and lighting it on fire.
The ATF and FBI urge the public to report suspected arson, use of explosive devices, or violent, destructive acts associated with the recent unrest. Anyone with information specifically related to business fires in the Twin Cities can call 1-888-ATF-TIPS (1-888-283-8477), email ATFTips@atf.gov or submit information anonymously via ReportIt.com. In addition to fires, the FBI is looking for people who may have incited or promoted violence of any kind. Anyone with digital material or tips can call 1-800-CALLFBI (800-225-5342) or submit images or videos at FBI.gov/violence.
This case is the result of an investigation conducted jointly by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the FBI, the St. Paul Police Department, the St. Paul Fire Department, and the Minnesota State Fire Marshal Division.
This case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Matthew S. Ebert and Joseph S. Teirab.

Jacksonville Man Indicted For Possession Of Molotov Cocktail At Protest Jacksonville, Florida– United States Attorney Maria Chapa Lopez announces the return of an indictment charging Ivan Jacob Zecher (27, Jacksonville) with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and unlawful possession of an unregistered firearm. If convicted, Zecher faces up to 10 years in federal prison on each count. At a hearing on June 10, 2020, U.S. Zecher was ordered detained pending trial.
According to court documents, during a protest in downtown Jacksonville that was related to the death of George Floyd while in police custody in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Zecher was part of a group of protesters blocking traffic and throwing items such as water bottles and rocks at police officers and cars. After refusing orders to disperse, Zecher was arrested by officers from the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office for unlawful assembly. An officer removed Zecher’s backpack to place him in flexcuffs and noticed a liquid leaking from it. A search of the backpack revealed a liquor bottle that smelled strongly of gasoline, a lighter, and a hatchet. Zecher admitted that he was holding the bottle in his backpack for an associate, and that he knew the bottle contained gasoline. Special Agents from the FBI were on the scene and responded immediately. Preliminary analysis by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives determined that the bottle – which contained gasoline (a flammable liquid) and polystyrene (a flammable gel), and the cork to which was coated with polystyrene – constituted a “Molotov cocktail,” which is an incendiary bomb and destructive device, and therefore considered a firearm under federal law. As a previously convicted felon, Zecher is prohibited from possessing a firearm.
An indictment is merely a formal charge that a defendant has committed one or more violations of federal criminal law, and every defendant is presumed innocent unless, and until, proven guilty.
This case was investigated by the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, the FBI-Jacksonville Joint Terrorism Task Force, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives. It will be prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney David B. Mesrobian.

I don’t think there’s an actual interplay here between Chaufin + Floyd at bay - or at least much if any - outside the scope of the hoax - for two reasons:
1) If there was any then Floyd would have told the two people he was with (one being the dude who supposedly passed a counterfeit bill and was “caught” being “friend” of Floyd and the lady who nobody says they knew) or have said something when he was being “choked”. When they were approached by officers he would have told them, “oh no it’s that Dereck dude I work with” or told the “people” supposedly watching & recording (that aren’t present on the sidewalk).
2) There is a schemed hoax here - the connection I keep running into is Free Masons ... whether that or just deep state or ties to some illicit activities (what is the 2nd floor of Cup Foods used for?) or anything else ... these guys, the “cops”, others, were all assembled for this “production”. There isn’t any “motive” by Chauvin or Floyd other than to satisfy their role in the hoax.

I looked at that a lot before and I’m near certain they’re the same; I have also been on the lookout for another cam in these sequences and over on the other street. They are also different cameras / sequences I believe and there are notable differences between different segments of the footage (though supposedly contiguous it’s not). This is particularly curious in later segment of the body cam footage when there is a switch from the “Park Police” officer to the other after he arrives - but the switch is somewhat difficult to perceive because it appears they had one start exactly where the other had ended ... except, in-between, the other officer’s car had arrived and parked right in front of there. Need to see the missing 13 minutes to know.
btw notice what happens after the 13 minutes - not only is the car positioned for filming but the officers are then at the corner coming across (in prior segment they’d just gone in the market). Another thing I am uncertain about is the footage that is higher resolution - there is no reason for that in the “stock” footage & clearly not “real” - but I was unsure about the camera angle - clearly seemed off (in other words multiple cameras or a lot of pure production)
