Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

Just compared the two oaths you posted and they are exactly the same. Isn’t the officers oath different?

Obama is leading (at the direction of his puppet master) the shadow Gov from his home in DC.
If real progress is to be made he can not be allowed to continue for years, he needs to be taken out soon, long before the Nov election.
As federal LE, they can simply be posted on federal locations in DC and at the white house.

The officer’s oath is different it does not include the part about orders:

Were the grounds appropriated by the residents or by congress?
Were the building built and owned by the federal government?
Do they provide such grounds and buildings, gratis Rent-free, feds retain ownership?
Of these, I am only unsure of the last because I don’t know the terms of their Home Rule (ALSO granted by the fedz).
Seems to me their was a police car trashed and burned in Chicago recently.
They were charged with a federal crime?
Why is that?
So, I am taking something of a stab in the dark here, but I have to wonder if CASTLE_ROCK isn’t some kind of “emergency White House” of which the public is not yet aware.
