Were the grounds appropriated by the residents or by congress?
Were the building built and owned by the federal government?
Do they provide such grounds and buildings, gratis Rent-free, feds retain ownership?
Of these, I am only unsure of the last because I don’t know the terms of their Home Rule (ALSO granted by the fedz).
Seems to me their was a police car trashed and burned in Chicago recently.
They were charged with a federal crime?
Why is that?
