Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

I re-read that statement by Wray the other day and it should be re-visited; Wray noted that the F_I has been working closely with Jeff Jensen and that they are continuing to work together and, in essence, what that statement revealed, is that Jensen is now being turned loose on the F_I ... which is very good news. A common sense and condensed reading.
Q seems to be saying that the meeting that Susan Rice memorialized in her CYA email, was of Obama directing the cutting off of NSA intelligence to the incoming Trump administration and the firing of NSA director Mike Rogers in order to make sure that happened.
This was intended to cover up the Obama dirt regarding Russiagate (Obamagate) and the actual Russia 'collusion' re: Clinton/DNC.
Q goes on to outline the shadow government/intel plot to take down Trump.
