A common sense and condensed reading.

Q seems to be saying that the meeting that Susan Rice memorialized in her CYA email, was of Obama directing the cutting off of NSA intelligence to the incoming Trump administration and the firing of NSA director Mike Rogers in order to make sure that happened.

This was intended to cover up the Obama dirt regarding Russiagate (Obamagate) and the actual Russia 'collusion' re: Clinton/DNC.

Q goes on to outline the shadow government/intel plot to take down Trump.
