Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

My guess (for what it’s worth) is that these are request dates, but I have no sauce to back that up. The first sentence in the doc says they are in response to a request processed between 8 November 2016 and 31 Jan 2017
I’m glad “Q” pointed this out - because it’s the first of the lib’s talking points ... the phone call did NOT take place until weeks after Hussein set it all up with these unmaskings on 12/14-12/15
Although I didn’t intend to imply that HRC would be among the petitioners, I can guaran-dang-tee you she is “financially friendly” with some if not all of those people.
And, she was a member of the prosecution team until she was fired by the Lead for being...a sleazy lawyer.
Got it, but still...why would the Treasury Secretary (Jacob Law) need to know about General Flynn? Nobody (other than his BOSS) is going to tell the SecTreas to ask for the unmasking, but what’s the relevance to Treasury?
And why would the Secretary of the Treasury direct FIVE of his direct reports to do the same? This sounds like a team assignment, but why separate requests instead of just sharing the information between themselves?
And of course the names that are redacted but yet the titles of the person remain are odd. Couldn’t anyone with access to government records come up with the names of persons who held those positions at that time?
The dog that didn’t bark - on 12/28 - 12/29 ... except for Clapper, they were NOT unmasking.
Maybe Misprision of Treason? If she found out what they were doing and said nothing.
