Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

How would they distinguish a "survivor" from someone who's had a vaccine for it? Wouldn't they have the same immune response?

You are over simplifying from a specific case.
Note: There is no “right to work” in the Constitution.
That term stems from /political/ battles in the States.
Now, to your point, the INDIVIDUAL has certain enumerated rights that are inviolable as a citizen.
Businesses have to register with their State in order to do business.
Although businesses are made up of individuals, they also include certain uses of the public trust such as roads, water, sewer, etc. Hence, they are required to register their presence in the State they operate. In this manner, ^businesses^ are not ^citizens^ nor ^residents^. Only individuals can hold these honorific titles.
So, to restate your question above, BUSINESSES do not have the right to OPERATE without the state’s blessing? The answer to that is “yes”.
The flip-side is, “individuals have the ENUMERATED right to be free-citizens without the state’s blessing? The answer, here is also “yes”.
That last bit is protected by the statutes found in 18USC, specifically, section 242.

That is the exact comparison I made to my wife in Oct 17 when first reading Q posts on 4chan.
It's the LED lights at a party. When you use flash at a dance where those lights are sweeping around, they come out as short streaks of light, just from the time the shutter opens until it closes. I'd guess about 1/160th of a second exposure.
Those are the lights that make pictures show up on the floor or walls.
Sure they can. One example is if they are charged with a felony.

I think this is probably more “fear fear fear” “it really is the worst disease ever” script.
If that were the case then conceivably they might have to kick out all of those sailors who tested positive on the Roosevelt, all the service members who have recovered, etc.

Samaritan’s Purse has no expectation of receiving a single penny for the weeks of work they did in Central Park to combat the coronavirus. But now New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) is asking them to pay up.
Earlier this week, the Rev. Franklin Graham, president of the nonprofit organization, told Faithwire, “They’re the ones who called us originally,” referring to officials with the Mount Sinai Health System in New York City. “We didn’t call them; they called us,” he continued. “And we agreed to go and we have not charged them one penny. All of our services have been paid by God’s people.”
Samaritan’s Purse workers were on the ground, setting up a 68-bed field hospital right after receiving the call, and now they’re being held financially liable for their goodwill because, according to Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D), he’s “not in a position to provide any subsidies right now.”
So even though New York lawmakers and hospital executives asked workers to come from out of state to help in the fight against the coronavirus, they will now have to pay state taxes — even on income they might have made from their home state while they were temporarily living in New York, according to WPIX-TV.

It’s been on my mind through all of this as well.
I’m a little confused on this issue of arrests if Congress is not in session and also Schiff 4 Brains panic. First, it is my understanding that it is NOT illegal to lie on TV and second, regardless of what members say when they are on the “floor”, they are immune from a legal perspective. So my question is, what law can be used against Schiff 4 Brains? AND, on a side note, I recall Nobama signing an EO to allow “propaganda” in the news media. Can’t the media hide behind this EO (unless that EO is considered void - that Nobama was ineligible for the Presidency). Maybe Q’s drop about Nobama is leading to just that.
