Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

There was discussion a some weeks back that the adrenochrome junkies could not use the Hydroxychloroquine/Z-pack medication, because their blood has too much iron, and it is toxic to them.
My opinion: that is why the MSM and commie politicians have so adamantly rejected the HCQ "cure" -- partly anti-Trumpism, partly for the financial windfall for the Dems, partly because too many Satanists would be exposed (or die).

After Hurricane Katrina, a change was made to the Emergency Powers Act, allowing the use of military inside the USA during a National Emergency.
Another article was posted discussing about 137 Emergency Powers available to the President during a National Emergency. He doesn't have to invoke them, but they are available.

Thanks Grimmy. I learned quite a few surprising things about NATO in the US from 2001-2005. I taught in a trade school in Wichita Falls. Quite a few of my students were Airmen from Sheppard AFB. Their uniforms even had that light blue flag instead of the US flag even tho they were US airmen. I loved my students but found many of the things they told me about being on a NATO base revolting. Apparently IIRC, they are under orders more from the UN than the US. At least that was my take on it. And I may be all wrong .
Hence the Gates “Final Solution” (his words, not mine) vaccine.
(He appeared to say it inadvertently, but even Stephen Colbert had to go, “Uhh, phrasing” at him. So I wonder if it was a Freudian slip.)

I really do not know the answer to your question. All I know is in a nationarl emgergency, president powers are very much expanded. As VP Pence said, presidential powers in a national emergency are “Plenary”, it was the same news briefing in which Trump also said he had much more power than he is using, that he could use.

I’ve posted an article that mentions 6 such presidential powers, and the the use of mil inside the USA after Hurricane Katrina was mentioned. But I never saw the article about 137 powers, could you direct me to it?

There was an article posted on the Forum that stated the Feds had stated that firearms and ammo business is essential. It was posted shortly after some of the states had decreed that those businesses had to be closed.
I don’t recall which Federal Agency published the ruling.
We got family relying on the oil bidness. We been wonderin' the same thing. We are trusting the President but didn't see this one comin'.
