Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

Wasn’t that a major German newspaper that suggested that? I believe they even drew up an “invoice”. It was not the German government unless something has changed in the last few days. I can just see POTUS, Sessions, Pence, Adm. Rogers and a few others sitting around in the Oval Office in early 2017, and saying:
"Yeah, but we can't use it yet."
"If you arrest Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama right now you will be impeached and removed from office."
"So, you're saying we can't fight back against this shit? It was TREASON."
"We have a plan."
"We're going to have to shore up our votes in the Senate. Senate is the key."
"How does the Senate get fixed?"
"We can induce Flake and Corker to retire. McCain too, if he lasts that long. Sasse and Linda will see the light by 2018. We may need to get rid of Ryan too."
"Okay, is that it?"
"Not quite. There's going to be a vicious fight over your Gorsuch nomination, and an even a bigger one when Kennedy retires. We may need those new Justices before it's over."

Since we have been hearing that 20-30% of the population has already had it, I expect the new cases to skyrocket as more testing is performed, especially if they are testing for the anti-bodies.
