Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

Ventilators do not ‘purify’ air. Ventilators are designed to help remove Carbon Dioxide from the bloodstream by enhancing compromised Respiratory Systems. Ventilation is the Number 1 life function. If we do not ventilate, we die, period.

I had to have some urgent dental work in college. The Dentist taught Dentistry 2 days a week at the Dental School and anesthesiology 3 days a week at the Medical School.

The dentists are part of the ship's complement. There are dental emergencies that can require hospitalization. As dentists in CO are banned from performing work until at least the 17th of April, and turn over their PPE to the state, it is likely the same in NY. So, yeah, the dentists on the ships will likely be performing dental services for the public that aren't COVID-19 positive that are in need of the aforementioned emrgency services.
On the other hand doctors prescribe for off label purposes all the time. It is safe and effective for the most similar virus (SARS-CoV1) in the world for this one (SARS-CoV2), if the system is so sclerotic it can’t allow this, there is something wrong. President Trump has dictated that it should be allowed, so let it be written, so let it be done.
I consider the possibility - and it is a (very real) possibility - but I also consider the train op and the accompanying introduction of same is a deep state anti-”Q” psyop leading right into the AJ attacks which all began + happened at this same time. I’m also reminded of how the Clintons work - right before they’re about to be exposed for something, they spread a false narrative about something otherwise unbelievable but believable enough that good folk & anons bite ... then, when their misdeeds are revealed, they simply say, “yeah, sure, but it’s not what you guys were saying, so we can move on” ...
