Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Dental issues and injuries to the jaw and mouth are fair common in disaster situations as well as when dealing with battlefield casualties.

Why is military dentists important to the incoming patients?
Trupundit, Gateway Pundit, etc. They're a good place to start, but need to be verified from other sources. They've been wrong, and that happens, but frequently bad actors put out bogus information, and those of us who want to believe it will run with it.
A lot of these small outfits are run by one or two people, and half of their "reporting" is grabbing something off the net, pasting it onto their page, and surrounding it with ads like:
"YOU WON"T BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED WHEN THIS MAN PUT A DOLLAR IN A SOFT DRINK MACHINE!!!!!"

Our regulations don’t allow anyone to make a claim without the clinical studies to prove the claim.
If they do they can be fined, have their product removed from market and destroyed, be banned from the industry personally and by company, fined, and even jailed.
Other images that were shared that stood out to me were this:
1. A patient hooked up to a nutrition bag.
2. A patient (looked like a girl) with a really deformed ear.
Agreed. And listening to podcasts is just not on my To Do list. I can read very fast and the printed word is so much easier to absorb, double check, copy and search, and etcetc.

As to the why? The cover story is that the ships are in port to handle non-corona overflow from hospitals swamped with corona.
So, busted jaw or broken teeth from a traffic accident, bar fight, mugging, etc.
