Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.

Lots of Deep State activities have followed themes from Clancy novels (and possibly other similar authors).
In “Executive Decisions”, Ryan had to assume the Presidency after the whole government was wiped out at the end of “Debt of Honor”, when the Congress, Supreme Court, and lots of bureaucrats were burned up by a plane flying into the Capitol.
In “ED”, the US suffered cyber attacks on the stock market, a bio-terror attack with aerosolized ebola, and nuclear attacks. Those enemies were supposed to be “foreign”.
Our current enemies are mostly “domestic”, but even more insidious than Clancy’s “foreign” ones. No imaginable punishment could possibly be excessive for them.

No wonder. For the most part, a turbine runs at 100%. It can’t be throttled back past 95% without risking a stall.

This meme may have more truth in it than we realize. Maybe Nanzi wasn't snubbed by POTUS. Maybe he wasn't sure if she was a carrier? Or knew/was convinced she was infected.
Seems to me it would be more patriotic, fitting & good for the country to lay an open basket of cobras at her feet.
