Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

As I think most FreeQs are aware, the virus scare is just one part of a larger strategy of economic warfare.
Six months before Trump was even nominated, our enemies were already hard at work trying to crash the market.
On January 7, 2016. Soros announced (via BLOOMBERG NEWS) that an economic meltdown was imminent.

Rig for Red was to let eyes adjust BEFORE rigging for BLACK before going to Periscope depth (at night).
Rig for red on the other hand is prepping for nighttime ops on surface ships and on submarines its prepping to surface and/or come to periscope depth during night ops. Periscope depth is when they start emptying the tubes :)
