Rig for Red was to let eyes adjust BEFORE rigging for BLACK before going to Periscope depth (at night).

Thank you for your service. I am qualified myself (SSN-724 out of Pearl). As a brief guide for those that don’t know what amine smells like, it was a brief (and incomplete) explanation.
