So many options for fillings

One I used to take to pot lucks was a seafood: lobster. Shrimp. Scallops. Onions. Combo of Gouda n mozzarella cheese

The breakfast one ham/bacon/sausage. One or all

Mexican w fajita, pepper jack cheese n chorizo n taco spice

Italian with pepperoni. Mozzarella cheese n sun dried tomatoes. Of course generous Italian spices including fennel

Last night we had crustless. Doing it that way all the time now. I rarely ate crust n it was just habit to have it

Crustless quiche we had Thursday PM . Easy and we like it. My modified recipe. Prepare glass 9-10 inch pie pan with PAM, butter & Panko. sauté fresh sweet onions, spinach, colored peppers that have been seasoned with S & P and garlic power.(maybe about a full cup before cooking) Let cool Mix well together in another bowl 4 extra large or jumbo eggs. I cup whipping cream. 1 cup half/half. Fold in freshly grated 8 oz swiss cheese. Fold in cooled veggies. Pour into prepared dish. On my half kalamata olives. On my friends half shrimp & asparagus tips. sprinkle about 2 oz finely shredded mozzarella cheese. bake 350 for 45 - 60 minutes depending on your oven and how you like it. Clean knife test is what I do.

Let is set for 15 minutes to set the custard/ We had it with crisp Romane n avocado salad

Peggy Noonan is complaining she's been sick for 2 weeks and no testing. Says NBA players can have the test even if they haven't been around anyone who has the virus. Now everyone else is piling on. The usual is ...the Left ALL want to be tested no matter who they've been around. Its there right and our President and Vice have done nothing but lie through all this.

Another topic is the leadership of the great mayor of New York and Governor Cuomo. Cuomo has shown more leadership during this coronavirus than our do nothing President.

Many have stocks set to automatic sell if the market begins to tank. This usually makes the tanking worse.

The sun will come out Tomorrow. So tomorrow we are planning an in car picnic to either skyline drive (if it’s open) or the local forestry/beach. Beautiful areas. If no one is around we will get out and walk for a while. One great thing about living in the middle of nowhere.

Elected officials are prohibited from profiting on insider information by law known as the STOCK ACT.

There are strict penalties for regular citizens who violate insider trading laws but I haven’t found anything on the net stating that seantors or Representatives are subject to any actual punishment for breaking the law.

This might be another one of their laws written to sound good to the public but do nothing at all to ensure they are treated the same as regular citizens who violate the law.

The bill was passed in the Senate by a 96–3 vote.
Later the House of Representatives passed it by a 417–2 vote.

According to the current United States Senate Select Committee on Ethics, “A member, officer, or employee of the Senate shall not receive any compensation, nor shall he permit any compensation to accrue to his beneficial interest from any source, the receipt or accrual of which would occur by virtue of influence improperly exerted from his position as a member, officer, or employee.”

But if what she says about some groups receiving preferential treatment on coronavirus testing is true she has a valid argument.

I don't know specifically that elites or favored groups do receive preferential treatment but would anyone here be surprised if it is true?
