Texas man, 23, is ARRESTED for lying about testing positive for coronavirus in social media post sparking panic that jammed hospital phone lines
Michael Lane Brandin, 23, was charged with a class A misdemeanor charge of false alarm or report Tuesday
He lied about testing positive at Tyler County Hospital in East Texas on Friday
It caused panic on phone lines for both the hospital and authorities
Police said: ‘Brandin advised deputies his post was to make a point that you cannot believe everything you view online’
Tyler County District Attorney Lucas Babin believes the man did it for attention
Talking about having to quarantine in place, talked to youngest daughter a bit ago who said she made a raid on the stores Monday just to get the things she likes to eat.
She said if she has to be stuck at home day in and day out with the family she is going to enjoy her treats.
I know she bought for the whole family.
I was thinking just the opposite that maybe I could lose some weight if I didn’t have the treats I love to eat.
Lol, Japanese don’t appreciate being called Chinese.
OK, I’ll check.
wiggle room ? she’s asking for the release of all prisoners over 60

It seems lying is a VERY bad crime, unless you are Crooked Hillary, Clapper, Brennan, Comey.....
It is in Santa Clara County. Looks like it is getting hit pretty hard. When I lived there I was in San Jose, which is also Santa Clara County.
COMPANIES JOIN FORCES TO OPEN U.S. RARE EARTH MINING AND PROCESSING FACILITIES

Texas Mineral Resources and USA Rare Earth are joining forces to open a rare earth mining operation in Texas and a minerals processing plant in Colorado.
In a move intended to lessen the stranglehold China has on rare-earth production and processing, Texas Mineral Resources and USA Rare Earth are joining forces to open a mining operation in Texas and a minerals processing plant in Colorado.
The companies have partnered in a pilot plant processing facility in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, which purifies rare earth minerals, lithium, and other critical minerals mined at the Round Top rare earth and critical minerals project in Texas.
This is about securing domestic supplies of key ingredients for green energy technologies, electronics, and military weapons, said USA Rare Earth CEO Pini Althaus in a press release.
Taken together, Round Top and our pilot plant constitute essential links in restoring a domestic U.S. rare earth supply chain, extracting rare earths and processing them without the material ever leaving the United States, thereby alleviating the current dependence on China for the both raw materials and mineral processing, Althaus said.
Even better private sector doing it.
I think it did test positive, was taken to vet hospital, and I imagine recovered since they let it go home. The dog was 18 years old.
Love it!
Chinese are usually taller than Chinese.
But, I guess you would have to have them side by side.

You know I thought the same thing Gran about losing weight, but hubby went over to Sams Club and brought home a ton of food and he even brought two cases of boost in case we get really down on food.
But, I have been sitting with my knees straight for the last three weeks. I have to go for two MRIs tomorrow on each knee.
I am wondering if I have to go all the way into that tube like I did yesterday.
The only one that I found for Laura yesterday was only 11 sec., sorry.
the last 2 days I’ve been to 8 different stores looking for paper goods. nothing, nada, zilch, zippo, bupkus.
I can’t get any store manager to commit to a re-stock date (that is scary).
I found what used to be what looks like a 7-11 which is now Patel’s Corner Pantry - don’t go nutz, that’s the actual name.
$3.69 a roll for Kirkland paper towels - that he bought at Costco for about a buck or so a roll. I did pick up a 12 pack - just shoot me.
I went to Home Depot and picked up some “shop” paper towels. Bout 10 bucks for 200 approx 8 x 11 sheets.
I’m guessing I’ll have to go downstate to some out of the way store to get TP.
In the mean time, I have enough TP and then biodegradable wet wipes that should last a while.
I happen to think what we are doing is overkill. My better angel is on the side of the President here.
She came back with dinner. Sandwiches made at the grocery store.
I asked her who made the sandwiches...deer in the headlights.
Then gave me the “awe come on...” speech. I then asked her which is it?
I now need to go buy a futon and hope it fits in the garage...
The governor here in WA has closed ours until April 27. But now today the State Superintendent of schools is saying they "could" be closed until fall. I can't imagine if this is the case.
yes of course...no way did I mean the feds should do it...
Thanks for posting my WiFi has been down for an hour plus.
