When my dad was in rehab he caught MRSA. Because of my immune system being compromised I wasn’t allowed to visit. Rascal dog and and I Actually went to the window and waved and blew kisses. Then I got him a cell we could talk and see each other. He almost gave up till we were able to see each other. Well worth the money for his “new phone”!

Ice cream and window visits are great ideas.
Our local Nursing homes with huge volunteer groups are really hurting too. They just don’t know what to do.
The video medical conferences will keep many germs at bay that Doctors often carry in with them! It seems that system could also be used for visitations from family.
One staff member or one phone owned by the nursing home could be used by all residence to FaceTime family members. Even a small charge per call
Could pay for the phone.
