CA has weird family court laws that always favor the mother.
Told my friend I could sort of understand why the judge didn’t make his decision known in open court. According to daughter things had gotten extremely emotional and mom appeared almost comical in her desperation. Judge actually scolded her for misuse of the court system.

But to put himself in jeopardy if something were to happen to children (he is legally liable for their safety and well being) I cannot understand. Am hoping he is scouring the law books to put an end to her manipulations of law and children. At least that’s what I’m praying. (And then he throws the book at her)

If mom gets the children for a whole unsupervised weekend, we all need to pray for their safety.

I can not fathom what this judge could be thinking even if it is CA.

I think she has a future in politics for sure… I like that she is not far left! However, Trump 2020!She's more stealthy & (not this cycle, but eventually) even more dangerous.

Same here. Can only think back to one case my dad had. (Was working for him one spring break while mom caught up on house work)
Dad had been in court all day - maybe two. Judge had taken case “under advisement” and dad returned back to office. Before I heard his footsteps running up the steps, the phone rang. It was the clerks office telling me to send dad back over, they had the judges order for him. Dad had won the case but the judge knew better than to light a match around and already smoking situation. He waited until the opposition got out of the court house./out of town. Their copy would be mailed Return Receipt Requested.

Yup, ONLY 23 years.

FNC had on some lawyer who said that was pretty harsh sentence.

But in light of the 90 or so victims who came forward it was understandable.

He also talked about HW’s statement before sentencing where Harvey tried to have it both ways, said he didn’t do anything wrong but then turned around and said how remorseful he was and was a changed man.

This would not have gone over well with the judge.
