Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

That’s because by law they cannot make the claim until they have proof of the same. They require samples of the virus to conduct the testing - likely not easily come by if at all.
The likelihood is that it will - if not then we have a whole other world of problems. The main two cleaners in hospitals are isopropyl alcohol and bleach. Some hospitals prefer one over the other.
A number of med device companies I’ve worked for prefer one over the other depending on which plastics they are using on their product. Alcohol eats polycarbonate. While bleach will attack polyethylene. Lot of complaints I’ve seen on exposed wires and such as a result of using the wrong one.
