Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

One of the most relaxed moments of the whole segment is when Letterman suggests that he will hang out with Pekar after the show and eat the donuts that Pekar brought with him to the taping.
There was a clear turning point during his appearance on the July 31, 1987 show, when he appeared wearing a shirt that read, “On Strike Against NBC.” Around this time, he started using his appearances to talk out against General Electric, which owned NBC, and he seems more visibly annoyed by Letterman’s usual questions. When Letterman asks him how Cleveland is doing, Pekar scoffs that it is a “stupid question” and he knows it. He also calls talk show entertainment “simple-minded bulls—.”
When they come back from a commercial break, Pekar jumps right into GE, and Letterman calls his behavior “very bad manners” and tries to shut it down with jokes.
Things took a really dark turn during the August 31, 1988 appearance. Letterman loses his patience entirely, saying that Harvey was wrong in what he was saying and repeating that his show was “not the place” for this discussion.

MOSCOW, February 21. /TASS/. Russia’s embassy in Spain will offer all possible assistance to Russian national Olesya Krasilova who was detained in that country in mid-February, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Friday.
“According to unofficial information we have, Krasilova’s detention may probably be linked with some sort of request from the American side.

I guess that’s based on the same 14-day quarantine period they have been using for the Evacuees. While most people will develop symptoms within that time frame, cases have been reported with up to 28 days before symptoms.
Also, in the past, they had info for other emergencies that stated to have up to 3 months of supplies and medicines. So the 2 week thing seems weird to me too—but I think people who don’t routinely stock up, would be more likely to get 2 weeks than for a longer period, and some could not afford to get more than that all at once.
And if they said more than 2 weeks, it would feed into the fear porn that Derps/LSM are trying to use against POTUS right now about this issue.
If all Americans rushed out and stocked up for 2 months right now—store shelves would get empty faster and supply chain disruptions mean they might not be restocked quickly.
I have a standard monthly order list for Walmart.com that I use to restock items that our local Walmart frequently doesn’t have. Last week, I went ahead and reordered early-this week I double checked and many of those things are also out of stock on-line now. And that is unusual for almost all to be out at the same time.

I believe their thinking is that Russia used to be explicitly communist and was super cool. Bernie is cool like that.
But Russia under Putin is less communist. It actually has a Christian revival. So now it is uncool. It’s the sort of country with which President Trump could actually have a productive relationship. Democrats don’t like that.
