Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

I doubt it’s the elite in China who are dying. It’s mostly the aged, rural people. China has huge numbers because they have a huge population.

Keep in mind that Comrade Bernie took the DNC to court after being politically sodomized by HillDog, Donna's Brassiere, and Little Debbie. He lost, and lost BIG at trial. The court declared that primaries meant nothing, and the DNC can anoint, appoint, or crown ANYONE they want using ANY METHOD they want. So why wouldn't HillDog take up that case-law and walk in to the convention and insist that her paid-for Super Delegates hand her the tiara? Why are we confused?
I’ve read stuff that indicates it’s the elites that are getting the hospital beds and the regular folk get a drip (if they are lucky) and are simply sent home to die.
I don’t doubt that for a minute.
But it’s not just the aged. Cytokine storm is a thing with this virus. And that’s the young and healthy.
If anything comes out of this I hope it makes the rest of the world realize that using a commie/fascist dictatorship as a single point of failure of your economy is a bad idea. Using said same country to manufacture all your medicines and components needed for your military and telecom infrastructure is even crazier.
I’d hope they’d all go bankrupt. But that would crash the economy and hurt a lot of innocent people.
So I’ll just hope their titties fall off.

Makes lying about the total cases, mortality and morbidity much easier.

Quarantines are really the only thing that works to stop disease spread. China instituted them WAY too late. In every simulation or real world situation governments do the right thing about a week to 10 days too late. Basically an incubation period.
Are you Chinese? The Chinese have done and do much that a normal westerner wouldn’t conceive doing. Thinning the herd for starters.

China already had the problem of an aging population and their labor force was no longer the cheapest.
One child laws saw to that.
This will make the supply chain migration out of china happen sooner rather than later.
If by ‘thin the herd’ you mean this virus? Probably not. 2% isn’t that great a mortality when compared with other viruses that have burned through humanity. However humanity hasn’t seen one with this kill rate in about 100 years. We’ve forgotten.
