If China had a vaccine wouldn’t they be using it themselves?
Was unaware that the Chinese gov't cared about their people when it came to power.
I doubt it’s the elite in China who are dying. It’s mostly the aged, rural people. China has huge numbers because they have a huge population.
50,000 die from the flu in China each year.

If China released this on purpose, with the intent on making money on the cure, they would need to first escalate the seriousness of the illness.
I don’t know what’s going on but I do know it smells.
