Same thing happened to me (and another poster on this thread) at about that same time. Someone suggested VPN and that mostly works now for me. My ISP is Cox Communications... I just haven’t felt like going through their customer service yet to ask if they are blocking FR.
I can reach FR fine on my phone, so at first I was tethering the laptop to my phone’s cellular data, but currently my home wi-fi from Cox ISP still doesn’t connect to FR.

Possibilities:
Mail-packages— amazon order shipped from China
Produce — shipped in cargo or trucks from China via Mexico or other third party
Individual — stewardess or other world traveler that shops same stores etc

Dr. Fauci was on F&F earlier and he called it community spreading and we may never know how these individuals, who have not been out of the country, got sick.
So we may never know how this is spreading.
Let’s just pray that as it warms up the sickness stops and a vaccine will be found before it is cold and pops up again.
