I don't know where you are, but I love the region. Mom grew up in Springwater on a farm. We loved visiting my grandmother in town, riding bikes up and down the street, getting bubblegum over at the store, catching crayfish in the creek behind her property, and picking grapes over in Naples. Thinking about the area brings such fond memories.

But, boy did they get snow. Mom tells of being able to touch the electric lines walking on top of the drifts to school. Of course she was told not to touch them!!! I am not sure walking on top of drifts was all that wise, either.

Yes. Beautiful area. We are about 100 miles northeast ...25 miles north of Syracuse.
