MIT: Hackers could alter ballots in widely used voting app
An internet voting app that has been used in pilots in West Virginia, Denver, Oregon and Utah has vulnerabilities that could allow hackers to change a person’s vote without detection, according to researchers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
The analysis of the Voatz app, which has mostly been used for absentee voters and overseas military personnel, found that attackers could “alter, stop or expose how an individual has voted.”
Voting security experts have long argued that online voting is dangerously insecure.

That’s probably true that the cat was having fun. I had a stray at one time that loved to play with my Yorkie puppy. I couldn’t even pet this cat. He was so feral. But the minute I brought the puppy home, Cooper just loved this cat. He would chew on the cat’s ears and pull on his tail playing tug of war. And the cat would cry because it hurt but he never stopped him. And he never used his claws on him. But they would Chase each other back and forth across the yard, first one in front than the other. This video reminded me of that except the pony and the cat never changed positions.

Virginia needs to change its theme. It seems to be the epicenter of right vs left. They’ve had a long tradition of being Southern, generations of gun-toting freedom-loving country folk. Now with the invasion of Yankees telling them how they need to live their lives, This may not end peaceably. (Note: Since we moved here, not much more than 15 miles to the Virginia border, I’ve learned that grudges go deep here. It’s not only great-great grandma’s biscuit recipe that Got passed down through the generations. People still use the term Yankees and they still don’t like them.)

Yes n 2011 Indiana voting system was decertified because it could be manipulated by a cell phone. Actually watched our crew test it from across the room. A report of 200+ pages was written by our state sec of state And distributed it to all state secretaries . Unfortunately some states still use the system.
When I saw the discrepancy in number of people at one Caucus in Iowa I knew the vote was being manipulated. Especially since they refuse then and again in Nevada allow national security to examine it.
I just finished making close to 10 lbs of cabbage salad for tomorrow's Legion pork loin dinner. So happy I have an electric chopper. As a child I can remember helping my Gram make it with a hand help chopper. I loved helping her.
Later , I have to roast about 20 or more lbs of red and Yukon potatoes with carrots.
Just happy the cabbage salad is done.
