Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

Q Ping - Pray, Prepare, and FLOOD THE ZONE
Monday, patriots across the nation stand with Virginia. In Richmond, the Deep State will cast its bleary, exhausted eyes over the Capitol Square, hoping to see that our resistance has broken and we've lost our courage in the face of the kind of evil they thrive in.
They will count the number of patriots who have shown up to tell the DS, "I will not bow down to you." It is a privilege to be among the patriots in that square, in the surrounding vicinity or stuck in traffic going to that venue. The Deep State will see the unity in the sheer mass of their opposition in every direction, and more importantly, God will see each individual taking a stand against evil.
Our God terrifies them. Our God knows what they have done in secret to children, the horrors they have created, the Eden they've destroyed. They have no refuge from His Righteousness. Together we stand under God's own sky, confident that GOD WINS.
Those of us who cannot attend the rally have a critically important service to perform in The Great Awakening. We can put on the Full Armor of God just as Q advised. If prayer had no power, God would not teach us how to pray and exhort us to pray without ceasing. FLOOD THE ZONE with your prayers.
Those without a personal faith are going to stand in the Capitol Sqaure just as they have stood with us through these years of working to expand our thinking; may God protect them and bless them and grant them a clear understanding of the priceless value of their service to our Country.
Pray for the protection of all patriots and warriors at the protest, may God expose the bad actors, plans, weapons, tactics, and strategies, and crush our enemies as they have crushed the bones of their infant prey.
Pray that God defeat the attempts at FF completely, and that He wake the indoctrinated and lead them to safety out of coils of the Deep State.
Pray that God grant us every breath of courage and wisdom we need to serve our God and our Country to the fullest extent of our ability, and beyond.
Pray that He lead us in this fight and show us the way when we aren't sure how best to support our President, his warriors, all patriots, and one another.
May God bless and protect President Trump and his warriors and grant them swift victory over the DS/NWO/Satanists they have fought, without wavering, in His name.

one of them was a Capitol police officer and the other was a State Trooper, homicide division.

Don't know which version you saw but there's a 12 minute version where he actually kicks one of them off his property for having "a $hitty attitude".
They were capital police. They got his info from security video when he was at the capital last week, taking pictures.
