I used to walk around work looking for my glasses and they’d be on top of my head.
If I had something left over from lunch I wanted to take home, I’d put my keys on top of the food in the refrigerator, then tell everyone when I was looking for my keys later, to tell me they were in the refrigerator. One time a new employee came out of the kitchen, astonished, and said “someone put their keys in the refrigerator!”. I happened to be standing there, so I said “of course they did, where do YOU put your keys?”, he looked at me so bewildered lol.
