I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all of your prayers.

I don’t think we would have gotten home last night without them.

We got to Globe around 7pm, about 1/2 way home, started up the highway towards home to be turned back by a YUGE accident blocking the highway.

We went to Denny’s or is it Lenny’s, hadn’t eaten dinner so we ordered, food was very good, hung around for about an hour, praying the accident would be cleared, and folks weren’t seriously hurt, got back on the road and were able to travel all the way home without further incident.

Always worried to travel at night, those deer and elk love to jump out right in front of you but I know it was your prayers that made them behave.

Congressman Jeff Van Drew is very popular in our great and very united Republican Party. It was a tribute to him that he was able to win his heavily Republican district as a Democrat. People like that are not easily replaceable!

In the 20s here with light slippery snow. Hubby is on his way to take Commander Dave to the VA for a checkup. If I go out to do shopping I will wait for the roads to be plowed and sanded.

When we left yesterday we had a slight dusting of snow but our roads were fine.

I don’t even want to get ahead of myself and start worrying about the toad conditions when we go down for hubby’s next procedure/test, NO not going to do that to myself. HA!

Rep. Collin Peterson (D-Minn.) was one of just two House Democrats who voted against opening the impeachment inquiry against President Donald Trump. Now, Peterson has confirmed that he will also vote against impeaching the president.
