I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all of your prayers.
I don’t think we would have gotten home last night without them.
We got to Globe around 7pm, about 1/2 way home, started up the highway towards home to be turned back by a YUGE accident blocking the highway.
We went to Denny’s or is it Lenny’s, hadn’t eaten dinner so we ordered, food was very good, hung around for about an hour, praying the accident would be cleared, and folks weren’t seriously hurt, got back on the road and were able to travel all the way home without further incident.
Always worried to travel at night, those deer and elk love to jump out right in front of you but I know it was your prayers that made them behave.
Again, thank you my FRiends.
I was wondering how it went last night. I’ll repeat....Love snow..hate traveling in it.
Glad you made it home, safe, Gran.
Not fun, driving at night.....especially when you come upon an accident.
Happy that it was all cleared, after your Dennys stop.
Hows hubby feeling?
Sounds like quite an adventure.
It was smart to get off the road and have dinner.
We have a lot of deer here, so traveling at night is not a thing I like to do.
Our deer are smaller and are reddish in color, here in southern DE.
