Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

1. Jessie Liu does the filing. It’s been unclear what her position and role in these things has been ... she has pressed matters but is a creature from the swamp. Leveraged? Red Hat? Still unclear ...
2. The Flynn sentencing has remained pending and the bomb dropped by Flynn’s lawyer continues to reverberate. D_J under Barr provided some exculpatory materials that were revealed through the IG investigation.
3. This is now the 2nd or so set of papers filed post Mule shutdown ... they used to be submitted by Brandon Van der Zack (forget name) who’s apparently been another deep stater / mule team setup op though, again, don’t know what we don’t know. I’ve assumed prosecutor here is BLACKEST of the BLACK - or something else if required / inevitable that such a role might expose Gen. Flynn’s other duties in fulfilling his plea to provide the government EVERYTHING. ;)
4. It’s been interesting we still haven’t heard anything from the Judge since he took the matters of filings off calendar. Then the Prosecution - I think this was the first time that something submitted by Lieu directly / solely - like this one now - was when the gov fessed up - oh, all those things we attributed to Joe Pinetka, well they were actually Flynn’s things after all! Amazing! Meaning the whole thing has indeed been a lie.
5. Now Flynn agrees to file jointly with the gov to ask that the sentencing & calendaring be delayed until after the IG report and indicate that the IG report will include issues that are before the court.
6. This is an example of how the IG report - even if/as it’s another CYA and not fully actionable in and of itself - it will have ripple effects. Flynn Judge? FISC Judges? There will be following (and hopefully preceding!) actions to accompany its release. How does Fake News get past having to explain ... Flynn goes free (before Christmas per “Q”)

Remember that old cliche "hearts and minds"? Trump is still working hard, so the least I can do is buck up and be patient.
Now I think the whole thing hinges on not only judges but juries. Juries? Yes, the DC area and Southern District of NYC is going to all liberals. Not likely to convict lefties.
Trump is winning on the federal judge level. I think he has to continue his charm offensive. I am not a lawyer so I am not sure what has to happen to make all of this jump to military tribunals, but Rudy is working on it. He's the best.

I have not heard of any law Congress has passed excusing the inclusion of a citizenship question on the 2020 census. The Congress does not have the guts to pass such a law - citizen tar and feather mobs.
There is a Fed court decision on the matter - you know the federal judges: our newest legislators... so the Congress can go it's merry way spewing fantasies all over the fruited plain while taking responsibility for nothing.
