Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.

Previously Deported Child Sex Offender Apprehended by U. S. Border Patrol Agents

“During processing at Ysleta Border Patrol Station, agents identified 43-year-old Mario Aristides Rivas-Marquez, a Salvadorian national, as a previously deported felon. Rivas-Marquez had been charged with multiple related sex offenses against a victim less than 13 years old and was convicted of five counts of indecent liberties.
Sentenced to 50 years in prison, Rivas-Marquez was granted a 48-year suspended sentence under stipulation that he never return to the United States, or he would immediately be returned to prison to serve the remaining 48 years of his sentence. Rivas Marquez is currently in custody pending criminal prosecution for 8 USC 1326 (re-entry after removal) and other criminal proceedings.”
He's not qualified, engineering-wise, to assert the conclusions he does, but everybody has the right to uninformed opinion.

Regarding the transcript excerpt, I did notice Powell covered a Lot of ground in her sentences and marveled at the fact filled structure of every sentence. I had the advantage of being able to back away and think through, and to back up and reread her remarks. No wonder, maybe, that the judge seemed to have missed a point or two, or had to ask a question about Powell’s view of “exculpatory”.
I thought a judge would very well recognize, instantly, the difference between what can serve as being exculpatory from what “IS” exculpatory.
I mean defense attorneys must employ implications and circumstantial facts all the time, in order to attract the sympathy and understanding of the court.
I know we would all be relieved to see a dismissal. Everybody else is getting off, so certainly Flynn deserves a cake walk.

It is, and many of them are potentially tangentially related, if at all, to the case against Flynn ... although they could be relevant in a selective or malicious prosecution motion ... which are more common than I thought.
One item that caught my eye that is directly on point ...
Former Acting Assistant Attorney General Mary McCord regarding the FBI's decision not to give Mr. Flynn a Title 18, Section 1001 warning, and the decision not to re-interview him despite the general practice of the FBI to give subjects that opportunity.
Goes straight to selective prosecution. The FBI usually gives people a chance to restate, or refresh memory, etc., and did not do so with Flynn. That fact alone, on top of express earlier findings by intereviewers that they thought Flynn was being truthful, makes this case smell like selective prosecution.
I notice to, No. 22, McCabe's reported "first we screw (cough cough) Flynn, then we screw Trump."
Bringing this back to a Q point, how do you get evidence into the public eye or into the record? Flynn case is a venue for that, even though the press won't touch the details.
