Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

Some people might have been genuinely shocked at the goings on.
Also, a lot of those participants are (to be blunt) old, fat and out of shape. The ‘activities’ known to go on on LSJ are also known to cause MI’s by the truckful.
I expect there are drive on barges, like ferries that you can transport stuff like that around the islands on, but still begs the question, why an ambulance on an island with no hospital.
The island has both a (LifeFlight -accessible) helipad -- a dock, with a fast boat always docked there.
Also, I expect the ambulance might have equipment (defibrillator, Oxygen, IVs, etc) not available all over the island -- and, important while waiting for a LifeFlight...
Think about it: makes more sense than equipping an "emergency room" at a fixed location!

It seemed odd that the 17 FBI members that debarked (without boxes) there this week, along with the six scuba geared swimming in, indicated maybe preliminary search and observation, hunting for locations for something or someone(s).
What came from that excursion remains to be reported.
